By accessing and using the INFI-TECH e-Voucher System ("the System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The System is operated by INFI-TECH Solutions.

2. Authorized Use

The System is intended for use by:

• Authorized administrators and system operators
• Registered field officers and district officers
• Approved agro-dealers and their authorized staff
• Registered farmers and beneficiaries

3. User Accounts

Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify the system administrator immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the System
• Share account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Manipulate or falsify voucher data
• Use the System for fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with the System's security features
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data entered into the System. False or misleading information may result in account suspension and legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the System are owned by INFI-TECH Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. System Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the System may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses resulting from system downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

The System is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. INFI-TECH Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the System.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or system notification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
